ColabAssist Content Management System

Easily add, change, and control content

From all of our experience working with our clients, we've acknowledged a greater need for accessing content within the sites that we develop. For that reason we've created a custom,
easy-to-use Content Management System we call ColabAssist.

 

ColabAssist is a Web-based application that makes it simple to manage and make changes to the front end of your site. During the Strategy & Planning phase of our engagement, we determine which capabilities you'll need. Then we customize ColabAssist accordingly.

Once your site is live, you can log in and handle tasks such as:

• Updating Text
  With ColabAssist, updating the copy on your site couldn't be easier. Open up pages with our text editor, then simply view and edit content. Make additions, deletions or revisions. Change the font size or style. Reformat headers, subheads, body copy and more. 
• Uploading Images
  It's easy to upload images to your site using ColabAssist. The layout of the page can predetermine placement of some graphic imagery that can be changed or scaled accordingly. You can also upload images within the text wherever you see fit. These images can be static on the page or they can be assigned links to other internal or external locations.  
• Creating and Deleting Pages
  It's easy to add a new page to your site. Make it part of a main section by naming in a menu, or utilize it as a landing page for a short-term promotion that can be accessed by the recipients of your recent email campaign. Whatever the need, ColabAssist can help you manage your content by controling the pages within your site.  
• Implementing Keywords
  Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is an important aspect of every site we develop. The proper use of keywords and keyword phrases within the page content and the code itself is vital to improving rank within search engines. ColabAssist provides you with the tools to implement keywords throughout your site. You can easily add meta data to the page, assign alt tags to images, and author page titles within the browser window.
• Assigning Auxiliary Content
  A new feature we've added allows you to create small content blocks that can be assigned to the side columns of specified pages. These blocks of content can be repurposed and made available wherever you see fit.
